The laboratory conducts tests of insulating paper on the following parameters: The moisture content on GOST 1594-69 The degree of polymerization on IEC 450 Mechanical strength on РД 34.43.105-89 A test of paper for the degree of polymerization is usually conducted with the improved technique (in addition to regular methods) developed by experts of SPA "Technoservice-electro". Due to the greater number of test points and improved calculation algorithm, this technique allows to determine the Huggins constant, which expresses more clearly the degree of destruction of aged paper.
